Objective:To analyze the effect of lean management mode in hospital management.Methods:The study was from January 2022 to December 2023.46 medical staff working in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two stages according to the implementation of the hospital lean management mode;in the first stage(before implementation)from January to December 2022;in the second stage(after implementation),lean management from January to December 2023,to compare the two-stage hospital medical staff management quality,the comprehensive level score of medical staff and the occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts.Results:The quality scores of hospital medical staff was higher than before implementation(P<0.05).The comprehensive level score of medical staff after implementation was higher than before implementation(P<0.05).The incidence of doctor-patient conflicts after implementation was lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of lean management mode in hospital management can effectively improve the work efficiency of medical staff and medical service quality,and reduce the incidence of doctor-patient contradiction.It can be seen that the application effect of this management mode in hospital management is relatively significant.
