摘要
目的:通过对2019-2023年南通市通州区城乡适龄妇女"两癌"筛查情况进行分析,探讨进一步提高项目实施质量的有效措施.方法:对2019-2023年南通市通州区妇女"两癌"筛查项目统计年报数据进行分析.结果:南通市通州区2019-2023年137 014例适龄妇女筛查出宫颈癌90例,检出率为65.69/10万;137 614例适龄妇女筛查出乳腺癌102例,检出率为74.12/10万.结论:通过规范实施"两癌"筛查项目,提高"两癌"癌症及癌前病变检查率,能够使阳性病人及早得到治疗,从而改善预后,对于维护妇女健康权益,提升人民群众的切身利益具有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the screening results of"two cancers"among women of appropriate age in the urban and rural ar-eas of Tongzhou District,Nantong City,from 2019 to 2023,as well as to investigate effective measures to further improve the quality of project implementation.Methods:An analysis was conducted on the annual statistical report data of the"two cancers"screening proj-ect for women in Tongzhou District,Nantong City,from 2019 to 2023.Results:A total of 90 cases of cervical cancer were screened out among 137,014 women of appropriate age in Tongzhou District,Nantong City,from 2019 to 2023,with a detection rate of 65.69/100,000.A total of 102 cases of breast cancer were screened out among 137,614 women of appropriate age,with a detection rate of 74.12/100,000.Conclusion:By standardizing the implementation of the"two cancers"screening program and improving the detection rate of the"two cancers"and precancerous lesions,screen-positive patients can receive timely treatment.This,in turn,improves prognosis and is of great significance in safeguarding women's health rights and interests,thereby enhancing the vital interests of the people.
