Objective:To analyze the challenges and causes faced by the president's office of tertiary public hospital,and put for-ward targeted strategies,so as to provide reference suggestions for the high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods:By the means of literature research,this paper analyzes the challenges and causes faced by the president's office of tertiary public hospital,and puts forward optimization strategies.Results:The president's office of tertiary public hospital is faced with complicated work con-tents and heavy work pressure;the professional level of administrative personnel is uneven,lack of professional training;rules and regu-lations are inadequate;low level of office informatization;reward,punishment,performance appraisal mechanism is incomplete,lack of supervision and management.Conclusions:It is necessary to adopt strategies such as strengthening the construction of administrative management talent team,improving departmental management rules and regulations,enhancing the informatization construction of ad-ministrative management work,strengthening work assessment,supervision and management,etc.,to improve the administrative man-agement level,work efficiency and service quality of the president's office of tertiary public hospital.
