mRNA疫苗结构设计和疾病防治应用进展

随着生物科学技术和制药工艺的进步,mRNA疫苗在抗击癌症和感染性疾病方面显示了巨大潜力.与传统疫苗相比,mRNA疫苗具有设计简单、生产速度快、安全性好、疗效高等优势,但也存在自身稳定性差、易被体内的核酸酶降解等难题.在新冠疫情背景下,mRNA疫苗进入了快速发展阶段,有效载体的开发、mRNA免疫原性的控制、工艺成本降低和体内运输稳定性及效率的提高等改进措施,使得mRNA疫苗的临床应用进入了一个崭新的阶段.本文将对mRNA疫苗的结构设计和疾病防治应用方面取得的进展进行综述.
Progress of researches on structural design of mRNA vaccines and their applications in disease prevention and control
With advances in biological science and technology and pharmaceutical technology,mRNA vaccines have shown high potential to fight against cancers and infectious diseases.Unlike conventional vaccines,mRNA vaccines have advantages of simple de-sign,rapid production,and high safety and efficacy;however,they suffer from problems of poor stability and easy degradation by nucle-ase in the body.Development of mRNA vaccines has underwent rapid developments in the context of global COVID-19 pandemic.Effec-tive carrier development,mRNA immunogenicity control,reduced manufacturing costs,and increased transport stability and effectiveness lead to widespread applications of mRNA vaccines in clinical practices.The review summarizes the advances in structural design of mR-NA vaccines and their applications in disease prevention and control.
