目的 了解江苏省麻风院村休养员社会支持现况及影响因素,探讨增加社会支持的对策.方法 2021年6-12月,采用基本情况调查表和社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS),对全省37家麻风院村所有存活休养员进行调查.结果 共调查麻风休养员560人,平均年龄(75.88±7.20)岁,遗留有畸残占89.64％.社会支持总分为(29.31±8.02),处于中等水平.其中主观支持得分为(16.09±4.68),客观支持得分为(6.18±3.00),对支持利用度得分为(7.03±2.21).多因素线性回归分析结果显示,职业(β=-3.403)、慢性病(β=2.413)、畸残(β=2.586)是休养员社会支持得分的影响因素(P值均＜0.05).结论 江苏省麻风院村休养员社会支持水平较正常人低,建议采取有效干预措施,持续改善麻风院村休养员的社会支持环境.
Current status and influencing factors of social support among leprosy convalescents in leprosy villages in Jiangsu Province
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of social support among leprosy convalescents in leprosy villages in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide insights into formulation of social support policies.Methods All alive convales-cents were surveyed in 37 leprosy villages in Jiangsu Province using basic investigation forms and social support rating scales during the period between June and December,2021.Results A total of 560 leprosy convalescents were surveyed,with a mean age of(75.88±7.20)years,and 89.64％of the subjects had deformities and disabilities.The gross social support score was(29.31±8.02)points,which was at a moderate level,and the subjective and objective social support scores and support availability score were(16.09±4.68),(6.18±3.00)points and(7.03±2.21)points,respectively.Multivariate linear regression analysis identified occupation(β=-3.403),chronic disease(β=2.413)and deformity and disability(β=2.586)as factors affecting the social support score among lep-rosy convalescents(all P values＜0.05).Conclusions The social support level is lower among leprosy convalescents in leprosy villa-ges in Jiangsu Province than among healthy residents.Effective interventions are recommended for persistent improvements of the social support environments among convalescents in leprosy villages.
