摘要
结核病是危害全球公共卫生健康的主要传染病之一,我国是全球结核病高负担国家,防控形势严峻.在重点人群中早期发现结核病患者是结核病防治的重要环节,是及时治疗、管理传染源、减少疾病传播的重要前提.本文对目前国内重点人群结核病患者诊断延误的现状及其影响因素进行综述,以期为完善相关干预措施、提高重点人群结核病患者发现效率提供参考依据.
Abstract
Tuberculosis is still one of the major infectious diseases threatening global public health.As one of the high TB burden countries in the world,China is facing the serious situation in fighting against TB.Early detection of TB patients in key populations is one of the core components in TB control and prevention,and it is the precondition for timely treatment and management of infectious cases to prevent disease spreading.This article reviewed current situation of diagnostic delay of TB patients in key populations and its related influencing factors to provide reference to improve relevant interventions and to increase case finding efficiency.
