摘要

桥梁缆索采用热铸锚方式锚固,具有强度高、耐久性好的优点,适于缆索百年服役的要求.分析了热铸锚的结构和锚固机理,合金锚固材料是影响热铸锚锚固性能和耐久性的主要因素,而Al,Cu,Mg,RE等成分和含量决定了合金锚固材料的性能.针对2100 MPa及以上强度超高强缆索,提出了热铸锚用合金锚固材料的物理性能、力学性能、防腐性能和流动性要求.根据这些影响因素和性能要求,建议按"性能指标构建‒成分体系设计‒模型试验研究‒灌锚装备研发‒灌锚工艺研究"的路线进行新型多元合金锚固材料研究.

Abstract

Hot-cast anchors,with the advantages of high strength and durability,are adapted to the re-quirements of a 100-year service life of the bridge cables.The structure and anchoring mechanism of hot-cast anchors are analyzed.The alloy anchoring material is the main factor affecting the anchoring performance and durability of hot-cast anchors,whereas the composition and content of Al,Cu,Mg,and RE determine the performance of the alloy anchoring material.For the ultra-high-strength bridge cables of 2100 MPa and above,the physical properties,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and fluidity requirements of the alloy anchoring materials for its hot-cast anchors are presented.Based on these influencing factors and performance requirements,it is recommended to carry out research on the new multi-alloy anchoring materials according to the route of"construction of performance indica-tors-design of component system-model test research-research and development of anchoring equip-ment-research on anchoring process".
