轨道交通用钢中Ds夹杂物特征及控制

为有效控制轨道交通用钢中夹杂物危害,借助扫描电镜和能谱分析对钢中DS夹杂物特征进行了分析.Ds夹杂物形状呈现典型球形,夹杂物成分主要为钙铝酸盐,尺寸在206 μm左右,且周围包裹一层CaS夹杂物.通过对生产过程关键技术指标的分析,认为形成该类DS夹杂物主要原因为钙处理过程夹杂物上浮去除时间不足以及RH过程中Alt收得率低.通过优化改进钙处理工艺及RH运行工艺和洗槽工艺,取得明显效果,实现了钢中Ds夹杂物有效控制.
The characteristics and control of Ds inclusions in rail transit steel
In order to effectively control the harm of inclusions in steel for rail transit,the characteris-tics of Ds inclusions are analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analy-sis.The shape of inclusions in steel is typical spherical.The composition of inclusions is mainly cal-cium aluminate with wrapping layer of CaS inclusions,and the size is about 206 μm.The analysis of process technical indicators shows that Ds inclusions is caused by insufficient time of removal of inclu-sions during calcium treatment process and the low yielding rat of Alt during RH vacuum degassing process.Some optimizations and improvements are carried out from the aspects of calcium treatment process and RH process.The corresponding effects are achieved.The effective control of Ds inclusions in the steel is realized.
