Research and practice of intelligent ladle baking based on energy saving and consumption reduction
The No.1 110 t ladle roaster in a factory has many traditional operation problems,such as the difficulty of ignition when using medium and low calorific value gas,the problem of deflagration and extinguishing caused by pipeline pressure fluctuation,and the fact that the gas flow can only be ad-justed by manual experience in the baking process.The lag phenomenon leads to insufficient ladle bak-ing or overburning of ladle.The former problem affects the temperature drop of molten steel,while the latter affects the service life of ladle,and leads to the waste of gas energy consumption.Based on the ladle baking process of a factory,this paper proposes an automatic control system based on ladle bak-ing by adding high-precision detection equipment.The system uses PID control principle and closed-loop control strategy to automatically adjust the valve opening size and reduce the difference between the current flow and the given flow.The system automatically reads the gas and air flow data of the ladle baking heat balance calculation model by establishing a communication connection with the MySQL database,and realizes real-time data remote tracking and alarm linkage.The field industrial test data show that the average heating rate of the automatic mode of the system is 45.3%higher than that of the original manual mode,and the cumulative consumption of gas flow is reduced by 10.9%,which achieves the expected goal.
