Research on hot metal ladle dephosphorization process and automation model
Aiming at the problems of low dephosphorization rate,large fluctuation of material consump-tion and low degree of automation in the hot metal dephosphorization process of a stainless steel plant,a hot metal dephosphorization model is developed in this paper.The model directly reads the process parameters of PLC field equipment,and the plan,steel standard and chemical composition through the secondary platform.The model realizes the functions of issuing the operation parameters of the hot metal dephosphorization process,displaying the status of the production equipment and the process pa-rameters,storing the production data and querying the historical data report.The average dephos-phorization rate of the furnace using the dephosphorization model is 93.2%.The offline verification and online verification hit rates of the P component hit error interval of the dephosphorization model in±0.015%are 94.2%and 90%,respectively,which basically meets the process production re-quirements.
