摘要

为了大幅度的提升沥青路面旧料(RAP)的再生效率与再生规模,以最大程度满足未来RAP料的规模化再生利用需求.基于此,本文分析了交通量、适用层位、病害类型及旧料质量对再生技术适用性的影响方式,利用层次分析法(AHP)构建了面向高速公路与普通干线公路的不同再生技术协同实施决策模型.提出了多目标的再生协同技术适用性分析流程,实现了面向不同养护需求的路面再生技术规划.依托锡宜高速提出了相应再生协同养护方案,分析了不同再生方案的经济与环境效益,并基于改进随机森林算法建立再生协同养护技术评价模型.案例研究证明了本研究中所使用决策方法的合理性及适用性.

Abstract

In order to significantly improve the recycling efficiency and recycling capacity of the re-cycled asphalt pavement material(RAP),and maximally meet the future demand for large-scale recy-cling of the RAP material,this paper firstly analyzes the influence of traffic volume,applicable layer,damage type and quality of RAP material on the applicability of recycling technology,and constructs different recycling technology collaborative implementation decision-making models for highways and ordinary mainline highways by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Meanwhile,it also pro-poses multi-objective collaborative recycling technology applicability analysis process,which realizes the planning of pavement recycling technology for different maintenance needs.The corresponding col-laborative recycling maintenance schemes are proposed based on Xiyi Expressway,analyzing the eco-nomic and environmental benefits of different recycling schemes,and establishing a collaborative recy-cling maintenance technology evaluation model based on the improved random forest algorithm.The case study clearly proves the rationality and applicability of the decision-making method applied in this study.
