拉吊索在服役环境、材料内部因素和外荷载等共同作用下,其抗力会随时间出现衰退,缩短使用寿命.为了对拉吊索进行长期评估,提出长效保障措施,本文提出了平行钢丝拉吊索全过程时变概率评估方法,考虑拉吊索服役环境、材料内部因素和外荷载变化,分析拉吊索服役全过程各类因素变化对服役寿命和可靠度的影响.同时,基于拉吊索可靠度变化趋势,考虑不同维护措施对拉吊索服役寿命的积极影响,分析维护措施实施时间和时长的效果,为拉吊索维修养护提供数据支撑.
Time-variant probabilistic evaluation method for parallel wire cables throughout the lifetime
Under the combined effects of service environment,internal material factors,and external loads,the resistance of cable structures declines over time,shortening their service life.To conduct a long-term assessment and propose effective maintenance measures for suspension cables,this paper presents a time-variant probabilistic evaluation method for parallel wire cables.This method considers the service environment,internal material factors,and changes in external loads.The impact of these factors on the service life and reliability of suspension cables throughout their service period is analyzed.Additionally,based on the trends in cable reliability,the paper considers the positive effects of differ-ent maintenance measures on extending the service life.The effect of timing and duration of mainte-nance interventions is discussed,providing data support for the maintenance strategies of cable struc-tures.
