摘要

常泰长江大桥是世界上最大跨径斜拉桥,主跨跨径为1208 m.斜拉索规格和索力大,施工过程中斜拉索扭转问题突出.本文开展斜拉索扭转对主梁安装控制影响的研究,计算分析表明,斜拉索扭转对斜拉索钢丝应力、斜拉索索力均有一定影响,对主梁线形影响显著,斜拉索扭转0.5°,主跨位移变化0.46 m;提出了一种斜拉索张拉防扭转装置及其设计方法,现场应用中斜拉索张拉过程中无扭转现象,施工过程中最大线形误差小于5 cm.

Abstract

Changtai Yangtze River Bridge is the world's largest cable-stayed bridge,with a main span of 1208 m.The specifications and cable tension of the stay cables are significant,and the issue of cable twisting is prominent during construction.This paper investigates the impact of cable twisting on the control of the main beam installation.The computational analysis indicates that cable twisting affects both the stress of the cable wires and the cable tension to a certain extent,significantly influencing the line shape of the main beam.A cable twisting angle of 0.5 deg results in a displacement change of 0.46 m in the main span.This study designs a cable tensioning device to prevent twisting.In field applica-tions,no twisting phenomena were observed during the cable tensioning process,and the maximum line shape error during construction was smaller than 5 cm.
