在钢铁厂卷钢成品生产过程中,需要对生产的钢卷粘贴信息标签,记录钢卷的关键参数和生产信息.传统的人工贴标或机器人贴标,将钢卷信息标签粘贴于钢卷外径弧面,难以避免出入库或运输磨损和脱落,导致物料信息无法跟踪.一种优化后的钢卷内曲面机器人贴标自动化系统,通过传感器检测和定位,与上位机、PLC、机器人集成,实现在钢卷内孔弧面粘贴钢卷信息标签的功能,解决了传统贴标方式存在的问题,并在生产线应用中取得了显著效果.
Design and implementation of an optimized automatic system for surface labeling in steel coil
In the production process of finished steel coils in steel plants,it is necessary to paste information labels on the steel coils produced to record the key parameters and production information of the steel coils.In traditional manual labeling or robot labeling,the steel coil information label is pasted on the arc surface of the outer diameter of the steel coil.It is difficult to avoid wear and fall off in and out of the warehouse or transportation,resulting in material information cannot be tracked.An optimized robot labeling automation system for inner curved steel coils,integrated with the upper computer,PLC,and robot through sensor detection and positioning,realizes the function of pasting steel coil information labels on the arc surface of the inner hole of the steel coil,solves the problems existing in the traditional labeling method,and achieves remarkable results in the application of the production line.
