后浇带施工往往是质量控制中的重要节点.设计一种易拆装、可重复使用、调节简单的钢管砂桶支撑体系,将后浇带的位置优化为距柱边缘小于 1 500 mm处,后浇带另一侧设置可调节的临时钢管砂桶支撑,以代替部分脚手架支撑,当梁板混凝土达到一定强度时,可先拆除多余的脚手架支撑和模板,仅保留可调节的临时钢管砂桶支撑,以解决大面积模板、木方、钢管等施工时间过长的问题,提高材料周转利用率,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益.结合实体项目,对单侧可调式钢管砂桶支撑后浇带体系施工技术原理、工艺流程、施工要点及质量控制措施进行研究,供类似项目参考借鉴.
Construction technology of large raft reinforced steel integral support
Post pouring strip construction is often an important node in quality control.This article introduces an adjustable,re-usable,and easily removable adjustable steel pipe sand bucket support system.By optimizing the position of the post-pouring strip to be less than 1 500 mm from the edge of the column,an adjustable temporary steel pipe sand bucket support is set on the other side of the post-pouring strip to replace some scaffolding support.When the beam and slab concrete reaches a certain strength,Ex-cess scaffolding support and formwork can be removed first,and only adjustable temporary steel pipe sand bucket support can be re-tained.This can solve the problem of excessive construction time for large area formwork,timber,steel pipes,etc.,improve material turnover utilization,and achieve good economic and social benefits.Based on the actual situation of the physical project,the con-struction technology principle,process flow,construction points,and quality control measures of the single-side adjustable steel pipe sand bucket support post-pouring belt system are studied,providing practical experience for similar projects to reference.
