基于能耗分析的被动式建筑节能改造研究

摘要
为了降低建筑能耗,需要对建筑进行节能改造.以某高层办公被动式建筑为研究对象,首先建立能耗模型,对其空调耗电量、取暖能耗等进行了模拟分析,在此基础上,对该建筑的围护结构、外窗、采暖及空调等进行改造,并对比分析了改造前后的节能消耗.结果表明:改造后建筑的总能耗降低了 72.66%,节能减排效果显著,为建筑领域节能改造提供了实践经验.
Abstract
In order to reduce building energy consumption,it is necessary to carry out energy-saving renovation of buildings.In this paper,a high-rise office passive building is taken as the research object.Firstly,the energy consumption model is estab-lished,and the air conditioning power consumption and heating energy consumption are simulated and analyzed.On this basis,the envelope structure,outer window,heating and air conditioning of the building are reformed,and the energy consumption before and after the transformation is compared and analyzed.The results show that the total energy consumption of the reconstructed building is reduced by 72.66%,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable,which provides practical experience for energy-saving reconstruction in the construction field.
