摘要
运用DEA-BCC模型和Malmquist指数模型,从静态和动态2 个角度测评了闽西南协同发展区2015-2021 年的物流效率.实证结果表明:从静态上看,闽西南协同发展区物流效率整体呈增长趋势,但还未全部达到DEA有效,并存在投入冗余和产出不足的情况;从动态上看,闽西南协同发展区物流全要素生产效率在大部分年份有所提升,且技术进步效率发挥关键作用.基于分析结果,为闽西南发展区实现物流高质量发展提供对策建议.
Abstract
Through the evaluation of the logistics efficiency of five cities in southwest Fujian,in order to achieve high-quality lo-gistics development to provide countermeasures and suggestions.The paper uses the DEA-BCC model and Malmquist Index to e-valuate the 2021 efficiency of the southwest Fujian cooperative development area from static and dynamic perspectives in 2015-2021.The empirical results show that from the static point of view,the overall logistics efficiency of the southwest Fujian collabo-rative development area shows an increasing trend,but not all of them reach DEA efficiency,and there is still input redundancy and output insufficiency;from the dynamic point of view,in most years,the total factor production efficiency of logistics in south-west Fujian Cooperative Development Zone has been improved,and the efficiency of technological progress plays a key role.
