摘要

为实现空调机组性能试验,提升机车空调检修质量,设计制造了一种机车空调试验台.该试验台根据TTK3-5.0DD机车空调工作特点,采用触摸屏作为控制和显示界面,以西门子S7-200CPU224 作为控制器对其进行控制,硬件通信选择RS485 通信方式,可完成TTK3-5.0DD机车空调机组性能试验,并监测机组工作电流数据.该试验台的应用降低了故障空调委外修数量,使空调自主修水平明显提高,具有很高的实用价值.

Abstract

According to the working characteristics of TTK3-5.0DD locomotive air conditioning,a touch screen is used as the control and display interface,and Siemens S7-200CPU224 is used as the controller to control it.RS485 communication mode is selected for hardware communication.A locomotive air conditioning test bench is designed and manufactured,which can complete the performance test of TTK3-5.0DD locomotive air conditioning unit and monitor the working current data of the unit.The num-ber of outsourced repairs for faulty air conditioners has plummeted,and the level of self-repair for air conditioners has significantly improved,so it has high practical value.
