自适应寻源追踪降尘机控制系统设计与研制

针对传统施工现场扬尘治理及智慧平台联动工况下所出现的降尘准确度低、时效性差以及人为主观性要求高等问题,设计研发了一种自动追踪尘源降尘系统,系统以ARM嵌入式控制系统开发技术为核心,结合CAN-BUS 无线网关通信技术、Mie 散射理论下激光散射颗粒物探测技术以及磁感姿态角测量等技术,实现对建筑施工环境下不同区域内扬尘现象的精准治理.经过某建设项目施工现场实地安装及测试后的结果表明:系统运行可靠,鲁棒性优良,双节点无线CAN的组网方式更适应施工场所复杂的环境特点,为施工场所下降尘设备的智能化开发提供了思路.
Design and development of control system for adaptive source-seeking tracking dust suppressor
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy,poor timeliness and high subjective requirements of dust removal in tradition-al construction site dust control and intelligent platform linkage working conditions,an automatic dust source tracking dust remov-al system is designed and developed.The system has ARM embedded control system development technology as its core.In com-bination with CAN-BUS wireless gateway communication technology,Mie scattering laser particle detection technology and mag-netic attitude Angle measurement technology,the dust phenomenon in different areas under the construction environment CAN be accurately controlled.The system is installed and tested on the construction site of a construction project,and the results show that the system is reliable and robust.The dual-node wireless CAN networking mode is more suitable for the complex environmental characteristics of the construction site and provides a new idea for the intelligent development of dust reduction equipment in the construction site.
