摘要

在实际计量测试过程中会遇到超高温的设备,受标准器或者整个行业发展的限制无法直接检测.针对上述问题,利用灰色系统理论,根据少量的温度测量点建立起GM(1,1)模型,通过GM(1,1)计算出的理论值和仪器的显示值对比来评价被检设备的误差大小.试验证明利用GM(1,1)模型能够评价无法直接检测出的误差大小,为今后工作中出现难以计量的设备检测提供了一种思路.

Abstract

In the actual measurement test process,ultra-high temperature equipment will be encountered,which cannot be direct-ly detected due to the limitations of the standard or the entire industry.In view of the above problems,this paper uses the gray system theory to establish the GM(1,1)model according to a small number of temperature measurement points and evaluates the error size of the tested equipment by comparing the theoretical value calculated by GM(1,1)with the display value of the instru-ment.Experiments show that the GM(1,1)model can be used to evaluate the magnitude of the error that cannot be directly de-tected,which provides an idea for the occurrence of equipment that is difficult to measure in future work.
