650℃高参数燃煤机组锅炉方案及关键技术措施

在"双碳"背景下,未来火电机组对节能减排势必会提出更高的要求,其中提高机组参数就是重要途径之一.随着650℃参数等级的新材料取得了一定的研发成果,650℃级火电示范机组便具备可能性.提出了 1 000 MW等级高效超超临界650℃燃煤发电机组锅炉总体布置方案,对锅炉方案开发中的关键技术难点提出了相关措施,同时对650℃锅炉高温部件的选材提出了初步建议.通过对650℃高参数燃煤机组锅炉方案进行开发,为未来示范工程的落地奠定了良好的技术基础.
Boiler scheme and key technical measures of 650℃ high parameter coal-fired unit
In the context of"dual carbon",thermal power units will inevitably put forward higher requirements for energy con-servation and emission reduction in the future;one of the important ways is to improve the unit parameters.With the phased pro-gress in the research and development of new materials with a parameterlevel of 650℃,it is possible to establish a demonstration unit for 650℃ thermal power generation.This article proposes the boiler scheme of a 1 000 MW high-efficiency ultra-supercriti-cal 650℃ coal-fired power generation unit;relevant measures have been proposed for the key technical difficulties,and puts for-ward preliminary suggestions for the selection of materials for the 650℃ high-temperature components.By developing the boiler scheme for 650℃ high-parameter coal-fired units,a good technical foundation has been laid for the implementation of future demonstration projects.
