A two-sided matching approach between independent directors and companies under recruitment platforms
Most of the related researches on the selection and recruitment of independent directors are based on the one-way choice from the perspective of enterprises;in order to solve the bilateral matching problem between independent directors and en-terprises,this paper proposes a two-sided matching decision-making method between independent directors and enterprises under the talent recruitment platform.Firstly,based on the matching needs of independent directors and enterprises respectively,we de-sign the index system of mutual evaluation between the two sides;secondly,we convert the evaluation information of the two sides into satisfaction and construct a multi-objective optimization model with the goal of maximizing the subject's satisfaction;then we use the linear weighting method to transform it into a single-objective model for solving the problem;and finally,we validate the validity of the method through the arithmetic example.
