Analysis of factors influencing security check service time based on passenger behavior characteristics
In response to the issue of passenger travel time in the security check system of passenger terminals,data on passen-ger security check time,luggage size,and queuing situation were collected during the security check process.The collected data was first subjected to descriptive statistical analysis to explore the impact of luggage size and queuing situation on passenger secu-rity check time.On this basis,the correlation between the dependent and the independent variables was analyzed,with the release time,delivery time,and pickup time as the dependent variables and the size of passenger luggage as the independent variable.Fi-nally,based on the significant factors affecting the security inspection time obtained from data analysis,optimization suggestions were proposed for the security inspection process at passenger stations.
