摘要
设计并研制了一种电力机车辅助压缩机组性能试验台,利用大功率开关电源和PLC组成的控制电路,完成辅助压缩机组维修后的试验检测,同时对机组的泵风速率、排气压力、噪声、振动等性能进行测试,确保维修后的压缩机组符合装车要求.
Abstract
This research encompasses the design and development of a test bench for assessing the performance of electric loco-motive auxiliary compressor units.Employing high-power switching power supplies and PLC control,it facilitates post-maintenance test runs of auxiliary compressor units,encompassing assessments of pump wind speed,exhaust pressure,noise levels,and vibra-tion tendencies.
