城际铁路出入段顶板挡土墙施工技术研究

在城际铁路出入段挡土墙施工时,因挡土墙与混凝土支撑碰撞,挡土墙一侧需要靠近盾构孔,造成该处无脚手架搭设基础.为了保证项目进度,提出在盾构口设工字钢作为脚手架基础,同时在两侧脚手架进行对拉保证架体的稳定性,以解决挡土墙架体搭设的难点.最后对墙体模型对拉、钢筋植筋、混凝土浇筑一整套施工工艺进行总结.实践表明:该施工工艺可行,避免了挡土墙施工影响盾构临建施工,优化了施工工作面.
Research on construction technology of roof retaining wall in entrance and exit sections of intercity railway
During the construction of the retaining wall at the entrance and exit section of the intercity railway,due to the colli-sion between the retaining wall and the concrete support,one side of the retaining wall needs to be close to the shield tunnel,re-sulting in the absence of scaffolding foundation at that location.In order to ensure project progress,it is proposed to install I-beams at the shield tunnel mouth as the foundation of the scaffolding,and to ensure the stability of the scaffolding by pulling on both sides of the scaffolding,solving the difficulty of setting up the retaining wall framework.Finally,a complete set of construc-tion techniques for wall model tensioning,steel bar planting and concrete pouring were summarized.The practice has shown that this construction technology is feasible,avoiding the impact of retaining wall construction on shield tunneling temporary construc-tion and optimizing the construction working face.
