摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锆钇合金中Cr、Si、Y、Fe、Ca、Ti、Hf元素含量的分析方法.通过光谱干扰实验,确定了各元素分析谱线:Y 360.07 nm、Cr 267.716 nm、Si 288.158nm、Fe 238.204 nm、Ca 373.690 nm、Ti 336.121 nm、Hf 264.141 nm.进行了加标回收和精密度试验,加标回收率为 90%~110%.测定值的相对标准偏差(n =7)为0.11%~0.90%.
Abstract
An analytical method for the determination of Cr,Si,Y,Fe,Ca,Ti,and Hf elements in zirconium and yttrium alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.Through the spectral interference experiment,the ana-lytical spectral lines of each element were determined:Y 360.07 nm,Cr 267.716 nm,Si 288.158 nm,Fe 238.204 nm,Ca 373.690 nm,Ti 336.121 nm,Hf 264.141 nm.Giving values of recovery and RSD's(n =7)in the ranges of 90%~110%and 0.11%~0.90%,respectively.
