基于ADAMS的混凝土振动搅拌机振动特性分析

为研究混凝土振动搅拌机的振动特性,通过三维建模建立单端偏心激振搅拌装置的实体模型,通过机械系统动力学自动分析(ADAMS)仿真,分析了在不同振动参数下振动系统、搅拌系统等结构上的振动分布规律.结果表明:搅拌轴振动特性符合圆锥振动分布规律,呈现"两边大,中间小"的振动规律,振动参数对两轴上振动强度影响较大.研究可为振动搅拌系统振动参数的合理取值提供一定参考.
Study on vibration characteristics of concrete vibratory mixer based on ADAMS
In order to study the vibration characteristics of the concrete vibrating mixer,the solid model of a single-ended eccen-tric excitation mixing device is established by three-dimensional modeling software,and the vibration distribution law of the vibra-tion system,mixing system,and other structures are analyzed under different vibration parameters through ADAMS simulation.The results show that the vibration characteristics of the stirring shaft conform to the conical vibration distribution law,and the vibra-tion shaft shows the vibration law of"two sides are big,and the middle is small".The vibration parameters have a greater influ-ence on the vibration intensity on the two shafts.This study can provide a certain reference for the reasonable value of vibration parameters of the vibration mixing system.
