摘要

以数学模型为基础,结合检测实例,按照GB/T 2912.1-2009《纺织品 甲醛的测定 第 1 部分:游离水解的甲醛(水萃取法)》对学生校服中甲醛含量的测定进行了不确定度分析,并对每个不确定度分量进行了评定.通过评定可看出,对校服样品中的甲醛含量测定结果影响最大的因素是由标准溶液的甲醛浓度引入的不确定度.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the uncertainty of formaldehyde content in school uniforms combined with the mathematical model and evaluates each uncertainty component and analyzes the main sources of uncertainty based on GB/T 2912.1-2009 Textiles-Determination of formaldehyde-Part1:Free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde(water extraction method).As can be seen from the eval-uation,the most influential factor in formaldehyde content determination in school uniforms is the uncertainty introduced by the formaldehyde concentration of the standard solution.
