摘要

随着国家政策对煤耗指标的要求越来越高,在役循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉机组因运行条件改变或者设备老化等原因,需要进行升级改造后才能满足新的标准要求.提高锅炉效率、实现节能降耗是必然优化方向.因此,结合CFB锅炉普遍存在的问题和用户的实际需求,从提升锅炉的经济性方面提出改造思路,可为今后300 MW等级亚临界CFB锅炉的节能降耗改造提供参考.

Abstract

With the increasing requirements of national policies for coal consumption indicators,in-service CFB boiler units need to be upgraded and renovated due to changes in operating conditions or equipment aging in order to meet the new standard re-quirements.Improving boiler efficiency and achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction are inevitable optimization directions.Therefore,based on the common problems of CFB boilers and the actual needs of users,this article will propose trans-formation ideas from the perspective of improving boiler economy,which can provide a reference for the energy-saving and con-sumption reduction transformation of 300 MW subcritical CFB boilers in the future.
