一般小推车运载沙子时无法控制沙子流速和落沙量,人力操作耗时耗力,且易触碰异物或受热致爆胎,安全风险大.为解决上述问题,设计了一种可控制沙子流速的消防运沙小车.该装置整体采用加厚金属板材弯折而成,配实心轮胎加强保护,车斗设计为漏斗形状,底部加装齿轮控制的可调节门,实时调整沙子流速,使各点落沙量满足消防需求,形成可调可控、操作便捷、安全高效的变电站消防运沙系统.
Research on adjustable flow rate trolley for fire transport of sand
The general cart carrying sand can not control the sand flow rate and the amount of sand,the human operation is time-consuming and labor-intensive,but it is also easy to burst the tire,and the safety risk is large.In order to solve the above prob-lems,this paper designs a fire-fighting cart that can control the flow rate of sand.The device is made of thickened metal plates and equipped with solid tires to strengthen protection.The bucket is in the shape of a funnel,and the bottom is equipped with an adjusting valve,which is controlled by the gear to adjust the sand flow rate to ensure a uniform amount of sand falling at each point,and form an adjustable,controllable,convenient,safe and efficient substation fire transportation system.
