Research on methods to improve design quality and efficiency of tower projects
This paper studies the design scheme formulation of communication tower projects,conducts demand analysis from multiple dimensions of cost control,benefit assessment,property negotiation,and preparation efficiency,and focuses on improving the scheme formulation efficiency.It conducts targeted research,develops relevant applicable tools,and finally realizes the goal of single station design from 20 minutes to 3 minutes.It has greatly improved the efficiency of the design scheme formulation of tower projects and accelerated the construction process of 5G new infrastructure.
