The electric tailgate pole of the automobile belongs to the transmission structure of electromechanical integration.Due to the influence of the position and installation structure of different models,the end ball of the electric tailgate pole of the auto-mobile has a certain probability of falling off.This paper analyzes the fault mechanism through the distribution of market fault da-ta,the sampling test of fault parts and samples,and the structural principle.It ensures the feasibility of the technical scheme through the optimization of the technical scheme and the actual verification.This paper analyzes the fault mechanism according to the fault model of the market and optimizes the solution so that the fault of the end ball falling off the automobile's electric tail-gate pole can be fixed better.It also provides a new idea for the design and optimization of new product development.
