基于多层次分析的城轨车辆健康评估系统

随着我国城市轨道交通网络建设的不断加快,列车运行里程不断增加,线网客流密度越来越大,列车运行时间间隔越来越短,对高负荷运行下的车辆运维提出了更高要求,对车辆健康状态进行及时有效的评估是保障列车安全、稳定运行的重要基础.提出一种基于多层次分析法的城轨车辆健康评估系统,利用多层次分析法对车辆各系统、各部件故障等级和故障影响进行健康评分权重赋值,建立车辆健康评估模型,对车辆健康评估系统架构进行了搭建,并以国内某地铁线路为例对车辆健康评估系统进行了验证,结果显示该评估系统能够正确评价,与实际运用情况一致.
Urban vehicle health assessment system based on multi-level analysis
With the continuous acceleration of urban rail transit network construction in China,the increasing mileage of urban rail transit,the increasing density of passenger flow in the line network,and the shorter time interval between different trains,higher requirements are put forward for the operation and maintenance of vehicles under high load operation.How to evaluate the health of vehicles in a timely and effective manner is an important basis for ensuring the safe and stable operation of trains.This paper proposes a health assessment system for urban rail vehicles based on the multi-level analysis method,which comprehensive-ly considers the fault level and impact of each system and component of the vehicle.The health rating weight of each system and component of the vehicle are assigned based on the multi-level analysis method,and the vehicle health assessment model is estab-lished.In addition,this paper builds the vehicle health assessment system architecture and takes a domestic subway line as an ex-ample to design the vehicle health assessment system.
