At present,there are different degrees of vibration in the tail flue of several 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boilers.When vibration occurs,there is significant vibration in the tail flue,including the rigid beam of the flue,boiler plat-form,etc.,accompanied by a low buzzing sound.Long-term frequent vibration can cause fatigue failure of the metal in the tail heating surface tube row,leading to leakage of the heating surface and causing unscheduled downtime of the unit,which may even cause safety hazards.This article will take a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example,analyze the vi-bration situation inside the flue system based on the structural and acoustic characteristics of the flue itself,identify the causes of vibration,and formulate corresponding renovation plans,provide some experience for the vibration renovation of other boiler tail flue systems.
