摘要
胶轮地铁导向轮在运用中常出现异常磨耗和损伤问题.为研究导向轮发生故障的原因,对导向轮受力情况进行了分析并对影响导向轮载荷的各种因素进行研究.研究发现,车辆的运行线路、载荷、速度、轮胎状态、一二系簧刚度结构均会影响导向轮的受力,因此应该结合上述因素来查找导向轮故障原因.
Abstract
Abnormal wear and damage often occur when using guide wheel of the rubber-tired metro.In order to study the cause of the failure of the guide wheel,this paper analyzes the loading condition of the guide wheel and studies various factors that affect the load of the guide wheel.It is found that the running line,load,speed,tire state and spring stiffness structure of the vehicle will affect the force of the guide wheel,so we should combine the above factors to find the cause of the failure of the guide wheel.
