Problems and countermeasures for S&T innovation enabled by S&T novelty retrieval under the background of artificial intelligence
Technological innovation has emerged as a pivotal driving force for technological and economic advancement,now e-volving into a fundamental national strategy.Moreover,accurate and comprehensive scientific and technological novelty search work is a key support in technological innovation.Currently,with the continuous deepening of technological innovation,research-ers have a higher demand for information services.There is still enormous potential for technological novelty search to expand in depth.This paper aims to identify and address the shortcomings and issues in traditional novelty retrieval activities by examining the role of scientific and technological novelty retrieval in supporting innovation.This paper advocates for the development of one-stop service platforms,intelligent scientific and technological novelty retrieval resource platforms,knowledge services immersion experience,innovation think tank services,and the transformation of traditional information services into intelligence services by integrating various technologies such as Internet plus,big data,artificial intelligence,large model,meta universe.
