研究了生成式AI服务文心一言在年轻用户群体中的用户体验.通过问卷调查、深度访谈和参与观察等方法,全面分析了用户对文心一言的使用经验、满意度及存在的问题.研究发现:文心一言在易用性和个性化服务方面表现良好,但在某些特定领域和复杂问题上的回答准确性仍须提升.基于这些发现,提出了增强数据收集和模型训练、提升模型性能、优化交互设计、专业知识回答能力提升、建立有效的用户反馈机制等改进建议,旨在提升文心一言的用户体验和服务质量.
