Customized R&D management practices and thoughts for rapid response
This paper mainly focuses on the practice and thinking of customized R&D management adapted for rapid response.By analyzing the current status quo and existing problems of companies in customized R&D management,appropriate solutions and improvement measures are proposed.Rapid response is achieved by strengthening corporate strategic planning and execution,optimizing organizational structure and management processes,reconstructing effective customer engagement models,and imple-menting innovation and change management.This paper aims to provide references for the management of customized R&D.
