Preliminary study on conformance evaluation of electricity market digital system construction for power exchange institution
With the gradual progress of power system reform,the external regulatory environment has become increasingly strict.Market participants will have higher and higher requirements for the accuracy,impartiality and confidentiality of the power market technical support system,and there is an urgent need to establish a compliance evaluation system for the power market technical support system.Based on the process and specification of digital system construction of power trading institutions,this paper de-signs the core evaluation index system for the compliance of power market technical support system construction,and compiles the standard operation specification process for the compliance evaluation of digital system construction of power trading institutions,in order to help power trading institutions to conduct more scientific and accurate evaluation and supervision of all aspects of the construction of the power market technical support system.
