长三角技术市场发展态势及比较分析

摘要
技术要素市场是驱动区域创新发展的关键要素,对于推动长三角国家战略实现具有重要意义.基于技术合同数据,通过10 年数据分析以及与京津冀、粤港澳区域的比较,分析长三角技术市场发展态势、面临挑战并给出对策建议.结果显示:长三角一体化上升为国家战略以来,长三角技术市场规模快速上升,呈现出规模优势、增幅优势、国际优势、技术优势,但也面临对经济支撑力度、技术辐射功能不足等挑战.基于此,长三角区域需要统筹资源,加大技术大市场建设力度,提升技术辐射功能,进一步夯实技术市场国际重要交易枢纽的优势.
Abstract
The market for technological factors is a key factor driving regional innovation and development and is of great signifi-cance for promoting the implementation of national strategies in the Yangtze River Delta region.Based on technical contract data,this article analyzes the development trend,challenges,and countermeasures of the Yangtze River Delta technology market through 10-year data analysis and comparison with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao regions.The results show that since the integration of the Yangtze River Delta has become a national strategy,the scale of the Yangtze River Delta technolo-gy market has rapidly increased,presenting advantages in scale,growth,international,and technological advantages.However,it also faces challenges such as insufficient economic support and technological radiation functions.Based on this,the Yangtze River Delta region needs to coordinate resources,increase the construction of the technology market,enhance the technology radiation function,and further consolidate the advantages of the international important trading hub of the technology market.
