摘要

杂质对于燃气轮机压气机的运行会形成较多的不利因素,严重的会威胁到压气机的运行环境.为此提出对燃气轮机压气机进气滤网高压差原因分析及解决对策.简述了燃气轮机压气机运行及性能,从自清反吹系统失灵,杂物、污染物过多以及滤网材料、结构问题等3 个方面,对进气滤网出现高压差原因进行分析.针对原因对其进行多层级控制空气流量,定期清洗、更换滤网,自清反吹系统周期性维护.在此基础之上,设定优化压气机材料和结构,并采用安装自适应实时高压差报警设备来进行高压差的控制巩固,稳定燃气轮机压气机的运行环境,延长使用寿命.

Abstract

Impurities can form many adverse factors for the operation of gas turbine compressors,and in severe cases,they can e-ven directly threaten the operating environment of the compressor.To this end,an analysis of the reasons for the high-pressure difference in the intake filter of the gas turbine compressor and corresponding solutions are proposed.Based on current require-ments,first,briefly describe the operation and performance of gas turbine compressors,and analyze the reasons for the high-pres-sure difference in the intake filter screen in response to three issues:failure of the self-cleaning backflow system,excessive deb-ris,pollutants,and filter material structure problems.Based on the issues mentioned above,first control the air flow rate at multi-ple levels,regularly clean and replace the filter screen,and perform periodic maintenance on the self-cleaning backwash system.On this basis,optimize the material and structure of the compressor,and ultimately adopt the installation of adaptive real-time high-pressure differential alarm equipment to control and consolidate the high-pressure differential,stabilize the operating environ-ment of the gas turbine compressor,and extend its service life.
