摘要
随着全球化和技术进步的推进,国有电子研究院的转型之路面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇.分析国有电子研究院面临的内外部环境及其挑战,发现了数字化转型不仅能增强其竞争力和创新能力,还能优化决策过程.重点分析了数字化转型体系建设的关键要素,包括组织变革、运行机制的革新以及差异化考核机制,通过这一综合框架,强调了组织和技术层面深刻变革的重要性.
Abstract
With the advancement of globalization and technological progress,the transformation of state-owned electronics enter-prises is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.This paper discusses the necessity,challenge,and strategy of digital transformation of state-owned electronics enterprises.By analyzing the internal and external environment faced by these enterpri-ses,it is pointed out that digital transformation can not only enhance their competitiveness and innovation ability but also optimize the decision-making process.This paper focuses on the key elements of digital transformation system construction,including or-ganizational change,operational mechanism innovation,and differentiated assessment mechanisms.Through this comprehensive framework,the paper emphasizes the importance of profound change at the organizational and technical levels.
