Research on gas seepage characteristics of stratified fractured coal body under mining influence
In order to study the permeability law of gas in the coal body along the bedding cracks under the influence of mining at the working face, original coal samples were collected from the working face.According to Darcy's law,a three-axis rheological experimental system was used to conduct permeability tests on the samples under loading and unloading conditions, and the test results were verified on-site.The experimental results show that during the loading and unloading process, the permeability of gas parallel to the bedding direction is always greater than that perpendicular to the bedding direction. After unloading, the permeabil-ity of the coal sample decreases, with a loss of 58.66%in the direction parallel to the bedding plane and 82.27%in the direc-tion perpendicular to the bedding plane.Practice has shown that the gas permeability characteristics of the coal body in the affect-ed area of the mining face are highly consistent with the experimental results, and the arrangement of through-layer boreholes in the mining face is more conducive to gas extraction.
