With the increasing demand for power supply reliability,mechanical linked circuit breakers can avoid the serious con-sequences of phase loss operation.Therefore,it has been widely used both domestically and internationally,and the interphase transmission connecting rod is a key component to avoid phase loss.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the power grid,it is necessary to conduct a detailed design and analysis of the interphase linkage in mechanical linkage circuit breaker to ensure its reliability.Taking the high-altitude application environment as an example,the design process for the mechanical strength,compression rod stability,fatigue life,and vibration characteristics of the increased interphase transmission connecting rod was e-laborated in detail using simulation analysis methods.Mechanical life and mechanical characteristic tests verified that it fully meets the requirements.
