某异形方舱的结构设计与仿真验证

针对舰载安装环境的异形方舱,在完成舱体骨架结构设计后,采用有限元分析方法对风浪、颠振、吊装、堆叠等工况下的舱体骨架刚度和强度进行了分析,结果显示:舱体骨架的最大应力低于材料的屈服极限,最大变形符合设计要求.该方法为异形方舱的结构设计提供了指导和依据,有效提高了设计质量,缩短了研发时间.
Structure and simulation design of a special-shaped shelter
After completing the design of the cabin skeleton structure in a shipborne installation environment,the stiffness and strength of the cabin skeleton under the conditions of wind and wave,vibration,lifting and stacking are analyzed by finite element analysis method.The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the cabin skeleton is lower than the yield limit of the mate-rial,and the maximum deformation is also in line with the design requirements.This method provides guidance and basis for the structural design of the special-shaped shelter,effectively improves the design quality,and shortens the research and development time.
