随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,城市轨道交通的运营时间越来越长,列车的使用寿命在不断增加,保障车辆稳定可靠和车辆设备长时间安全运营是现阶段城市轨道交通发展所必须解决的问题.通过对轨道车辆数字化、智能化、绿色化的翻新改造,实现老旧车辆绿色升级和技术革新,提高城轨车辆运营的安全性和可靠性.以上海某项目为例,介绍地铁车辆翻新改造技术及车辆电气线路升级优化方案.
Study on renovation of key electrical circuits of Shanghai metro 01A02 train
With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the operation time of urban rail transit is getting longer and longer,and the service life of trains is constantly increasing.Ensuring that vehicles are stable and reliable and that vehicle equipment can operate safely for a long time is a must for the development of urban rail transit at this stage.Through the refurbishment of rail ve-hicles with new technologies that are digital,intelligent,and green,green upgrades and technological innovations of old vehicles can be achieved,and the safety and reliability of urban rail vehicle operations can be improved.This article takes a project in Shanghai as an example to introduce the subway vehicle renovation technology and the vehicle electrical line upgrade and optimi-zation plan.
