Comprehensive evaluation of supplier resilience based on social network analysis
In the context of increasing risks of supply chain disruptions and pauses,a comprehensive evaluation of supplier resili-ence is paramount for enhancing supply chain stability.This study determines the criteria for evaluating supplier resilience through literature analysis and uses the AHP to assign weights to each criterion.Based on the social network relationships among decision-makers,the Louvain algorithm is employed for community detection,and degree centrality and eigenvector centrality are used to determine the weights of decision-makers and subgroups.A supplier resilience evaluation model is constructed,and its ap-plicability is validated through a case of a new energy company selecting battery suppliers.The results show that this evaluation model can effectively assess the resilience levels of suppliers,helping enterprises choose highly resilient suppliers,thereby enhan-cing their risk resistance capability and promoting long-term stable development.
