摘要

基于辐射环境自动监测站超大流量气溶胶采样器的运行环境和工作特点,对其现场校准装置进行了研究和探讨.研究小组根据不同原理的气体流量计特点,分别采用涡轮流量计原理、孔口流量计原理2 种可以开展超大流量气溶胶采样器校准的流量校准装置进行了现场测试.现场测试表明,孔口流量计原理的流量校准装置对辐射自动监测站超大流量气溶胶采样器流量的校准准确可靠且易于操作.孔口流量计原理的校准装置具有测量精度高、便携和续航能力强等优点,可满足相关规范对流量示值误差的要求,为计量机构对超大流量气溶胶采样器开展现场校准提供技术支撑.

Abstract

Based on the operating environment and working characteristics of the ultra-high flow rate aerosol sampler at the radi-ation environment automatic monitoring station,its field calibration device was studied and explored.According to the characteris-tics of different principles of gas flowmeters,the research group conducted field tests using two flow calibration devices that can carry out the calibration of ultra-high-flow aerosol samplers,namely,the turbine flowmeter principle and the orifice flowmeter prin-ciple,respectively.The field tests show that the flow calibration device using the orifice flowmeter principle is accurate,reliable and easy to operate when calibrating the flow rate of the ultra-high flow aerosol sampler at the radiation automatic monitoring sta-tion.The orifice type flow calibration device has the advantages,such as high measurement accuracy,portability and endurance.After calibrating the ultra-large flow sampler,it meets the provisions of the HJ 1009-2019 specification on the flow rate error,which provides technical support for metrological institutions to carry out on-site calibration of ultra-high flow aerosol samplers.
