Focusing on China's marine engineering equipment industry,the analysis targets elements closely related to the indus-try's development,revealing the intrinsic connections between industry policies and government R&D funding,R&D institutions,scientific personnel,and patent applications for invention.The study explores the impact of element interactions on industrial de-velopment.The results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between innovation element investment under policy support conditions and industrial technological innovation outcomes,emphasizing the key role of policy in the development of stra-tegic emerging industries.This provides a reference for the formulation and implementation of future industrial policies.
