随着高铁技术的快速发展,我国铁路既有线路改造任务愈加艰巨,特别是在信号控制系统改造领域.聚焦八线制道岔控制电路与五线制转辙机之间的兼容难题,通过深入分析八线制和五线制道岔控制电路原理,明确两者在启动电路与表示电路上的差异,设计了一款电路倒切开关,以改进以往同类设计需要调整转辙机内部配线的不足,实现八线制道岔控制电路对五线制转辙机的有效控制,提高改造工程的工作效率与灵活性,为铁路信号系统的平滑过渡提供可靠的技术方案.
Research and design of eight-wire circuit for controlling turnout with five-wire switch machine
With the rapid development of high-speed rail technology,the task of upgrading the existing railway lines in China has become increasingly difficult,especially in the field of signal control system upgrades.Focusing on the compatibility problem be-tween the eight-wire track control circuit and the five-wire turnout machine,this paper analyzes the principles of the eight-wire and five-wire track control circuits in depth,clarifies the differences between the starting circuits and indicates circuits of the two systems,and designs a circuit switching switch to improve the shortcoming that the previous similar design required adjusting the internal wiring of the turnout machine.This design achieves effective control of the eight-wire track control circuit over the five-wire turnout machine,improving the efficiency and flexibility of the upgrade project,and providing a reliable technical solution for the smooth transition of the railway signal system.
